Troy A. Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), an international association representing Christian communicators and media organizations. He was elected to the role in July 2022 after serving as interim CEO beginning in March 2019, helping guide the organization through a period of financial challenge and organizational rebuilding.
Under Miller’s leadership, NRB has strengthened its financial position, expanded membership, and enhanced its flagship NRB International Christian Media Convention and related programming initiatives. He also serves as President & CEO of NRBTV, a position he has held since 2005.
Before leading NRB, Miller accumulated more than three decades of executive and management experience. His career includes service in the U.S. Navy (1983–1988), work at Gateway, Inc., where he helped lead international expansion and technology initiatives, and senior leadership roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at D. James Kennedy Ministries.
Miller is a frequent speaker on strategic planning, technology integration, organizational development, and Christian apologetics, and has trained pastors internationally. He is also active in public advocacy related to religious free speech and Christian media access.
He and his wife, Marsha, have four children.
